Owner + Team Lead
Lana Larson is a passionate healthcare professional and a devoted mother of three fantastic kids, which fuels her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others. She holds a diploma in Physical & Occupational Therapy Assistant from Grant MacEwan University and has five years of experience in homecare as a PTA/OTA. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alberta in 2015, Lana specialized in Pediatric Medicine at the Stollery Children’s Hospital. She also provided trauma-informed nursing care at the Edmonton Young Offender Center, working with a vulnerable youth population.
In addition to her nursing career, Lana is a certified dance instructor and a former competitive dancer, reflecting her creative spirit and dedication to youth engagement. With extensive experience working with children, she has been with Aim Nursing Services for over two years, thriving under the mentorship of Wendy King. Now, as she takes over the company, Lana is excited to continue its mission and is eager to drive Aim forward, ensuring that quality care remains at the heart of its services.
