Basic Application: Guided Completion starting at $299
This package is geared towards straight forward Guardianship applications.
After a one on one consultation we will complete the application for you to take to the Office of Public Guardian and Trustee for signing and submission. We will provide you a checklist for all the required documentation, and a link with resources to help you understand the Guardianship and Trusteeship process.
Comprehensive Application
For those families that are looking to have the entire process handled by AIM we offer a comprehensive package that takes care of every detail.
You can expect one on one consultations coupled with follow-up phone or video meetings to ensure all relevant information is captured and any questions you might have are answered.
We complete the application and sign all required documents. We will forward the completed application to the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee and if there is any follow up correspondence we will address and advise you until the application is approved.
